Classes are held at the FFH Irish School of Dance, 174 Colonnade Rd unit 4/6 (Near Costco Merivale) Join our fun and inclusive burlesque dance class designed for women over 40 but open to all ages. Learn confidence-boosting moves in a supportive environment that celebrates all ages and abilities. Get ready to shimmy, strut, and unleash your inner goddess! Wear comfortable clothing and/or lingerie. Whatever makes you feel sexy and feel like moving! We will dance in socks or bare feet. Indoor shoes with an ankle strap are also allowed. We recommend that you have a Burlesque class bag with a bra, a button down shirt or sweater or hoodie, and gloves (2.99 on shein) to practice peels.
